When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 2-3 business days (weekends and holidays not included.)

When will my order get to me?

All packages ship either USPS or UPS and contain tracking numbers for you. Without delays your package should arrive within 7 business days. Once an order has shipped I have no control over when it arrives. If you have any issues after shipping, please contact USPS.

I can't find my tracking number, where is it?

Your tracking number should have been emailed to you at the time of shipment. Check your spam folder if you cannot find the email. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact support on the Contact page with your name and order number.

I accidentally put in the wrong address, can I change it?

If your order has not shipped yet, your address can be fixed. Please contact support ASAP on the Contact page. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. Reshipment fees will apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship to the United States. Check back to see if the policy has changed.
